Easy tools that help us remain proactive about our buildings maintenance challenges.

Condolytics made it easy for us to understand and visualize our buildings operational and infrastructure risks.By being able to have a dashboard to track our buildings costs we were able to spot risk trends in our plumbing that reduced our drain stack clogs by 50 percent, dramatically reducing the risk of flooding in our building- which has been a constant issue for a number of years.
